National Grid Supports PM’s Education Reforms with £5 Million Initiative Aiming to Create Jobs for 5,000 Young People

• Dedicated coaching and mentoring, delivering one-on-one support to help young individuals build confidence, identify career objectives, and prepare for the workplace.
• Job readiness and life skills training, encompassing CV writing, interview preparation, and essential workplace behaviours.
• Direct connections to employment opportunities within National Grid and its suppliers, facilitating clear transitions from training to work.
