Anita Faye describes her approach as documentary with a romantic, artistic touch; her collections run from three hours of coverage to a full wedding day
Among the wedding suppliers in this series, Anita Faye works behind the camera. Under the name Weddings by Anita, the London photographer describes herself as a wedding and portrait photographer "with a documentary style approach and a romantic, artistic touch". Her homepage opens with a line attributed to Rumi: "Love is the whole thing. We are only pieces".

Natural, unposed moments
On her About page, Anita writes that she is there "to capture the authentic, heartfelt moments of your wedding day in a way that feels true to you." She says she focuses on "the natural, unposed moments that tell your story", and that she wants to deliver galleries of the day that "look like what the day felt like". The imagery, she adds, can be "traditionally romantic or editorial, classic in style or cool and edgy".
She traces that approach to "a long career as a portrait artist and photographer". As "a Mum of two young children" with a Finnish-Senegalese heritage and "a life rooted in London", she says she brings "a unique perspective" to her work, "celebrating the beauty of diverse love stories".

Three collections
Weddings by Anita is organised around three collections. The Edit is three hours of coverage, a "curated selection of moments from your day", which she describes as perfect for town hall weddings, registry offices and intimate celebrations; extra hours can be added. The Classic is full wedding day coverage "from bridal/groom preparations through to the dance floor". The Signature adds a pre-wedding couple's portrait session at a hand-selected location: "Yours to choose, or mine to recommend." She describes the result as timeless portraits "without the wedding day rush, at your pace".

Whichever collection a couple chooses, the edited images are delivered through a private online gallery, ready to download and share. Anita also takes portraits, which have their own page on her site. On her booking page she says she is "always happy to talk weddings".
