A space where women train, build strength and support one another
Rose Reform is a women-only Pilates studio in Wembley, London, focused on reformer and tower sessions, as well as one-to-one training. Its stated mission is to create a safe, supportive and empowering space where women can improve their fitness and wellbeing through a practice adapted to different levels of experience.
The studio’s women-only character is part of its identity and policies. It aims to provide an environment focused on the needs of the women who train there, where they can make time for movement, build strength and connect with others who share an interest in exercise and wellbeing.
Reformer and tower classes
The studio’s classes centre on the Pilates method, combining controlled movement, spring resistance and close attention to technique. Reformer sessions allow participants to work at different levels of resistance, with exercises designed to develop core strength, flexibility, posture, coordination and body control.
Tower Flow combines tower and reformer work in a progressive session. It is designed for people getting to know the method as well as those looking to consolidate their technique, with an emphasis on alignment, breathing, core strength and the fundamentals of working with the equipment.

Classes for different rhythms and goals
The programme caters for newcomers and women with previous Pilates experience. Beginner Flow is for those new to Pilates or the reformer, introducing basic principles through controlled movement, core stability and proper alignment. Intermediate Flow builds on those foundations with longer sequences and more resistance, while focusing on technique, muscular endurance, coordination and control.
Sculpt and Tone targets the glutes and abdominals on the reformer. Open to different experience levels, it keeps the emphasis on controlled, low-impact movement. Full Body Burn broadens the focus to the whole body, working the core, lower body and upper-body strength, with adaptations for those who are new to exercise.
Align and Restore centres on mobility, posture and mindful movement. The class combines gentle strengthening, deep stretching and controlled breathing to release tension and restore a sense of balance.
Together, these formats reflect an approach that connects Pilates with flexibility, stability, body awareness and calm. Breathing, alignment and technique feature throughout the programme, from beginner sessions to more demanding classes. Rose Reform also offers private sessions tailored to an individual’s goals and physical condition.

A team with complementary backgrounds
The instructors bring experience from different areas of movement and wellbeing. Nicole, qualified in mat and reformer Pilates, works from a classical approach with particular attention to precision, control and alignment. Noor is certified in mat, reformer and perinatal Pilates, a combination that orients her work towards accompanying women through different stages of life. Jinis brings more than 18 years of experience in the wellness and fitness industry and combines Pilates, yoga and fitness in a holistic approach to movement.
Ayah, a mat and reformer Pilates instructor, helps clients build strength, confidence and body awareness in classes structured to flow from one movement to the next. Michelle brings seven years of experience as a personal trainer and integrates strength, mobility and mindful movement into her reformer sessions. Flora is trained in mat, reformer, Cadillac and barrels, and works on body awareness and the coordination of breath and movement. Alya, a Level 3 mat and reformer Pilates instructor with a Master’s degree in Neuroscience from King’s College London, brings a science-based approach to her classes.

Studio rules and attention to safety
Classes must be booked in advance. The studio asks participants to arrive a little early, wear grip socks in reformer and tower classes, take care of the equipment and keep phones silent during sessions.
Participants are also asked to let the teaching team know about any injury, relevant health condition or pregnancy before attending, so instructors can take into account anything that may affect their practice or safety.
With a timetable ranging from technical foundations to more intense sessions, Rose Reform offers women in Wembley a dedicated space for reformer and tower Pilates, combining controlled movement, progressive strength and mutual support.
