Overnight temperatures in the capital have reached approximately 24 degrees Celsius, with the Met Office predicting highs of 33 degrees Celsius for Thursday, July 8. This combination of soaring temperatures and water supply issues is likely to heighten concerns among residents reliant on consistent access to water.
