Body Discovered in South London Linked to Murder Probe 30 Miles Away

Detectives involved in a murder investigation in Wimbledon have apprehended two suspects. The police were called to Kingfisher Court shortly before noon on Thursday, 9th July, following reports indicating a possible homicide. Upon arrival, officers discovered the property was unoccupied but suspected that an individual had been harmed, prompting them to launch an inquiry.

The two men, aged 27 and 32, fled to Kent where they were subsequently arrested on suspicion of murder. As of the latest updates, they remain in custody. Later that same day, authorities located a deceased male in the woodlands of Borstal, located in Gillingham, Kent. Although the identity of the deceased has not yet been officially confirmed, police believe they have established who he is and have informed his next of kin.

Additionally, a third man was taken into custody on suspicion of assisting an offender, although he has since been released on bail.
