Stephen Bear Sentenced to 16 Months in Prison for Violating Restraining Order Against Georgia Harrison

Stephen Bear, the former reality television star, has received a 16-month custodial sentence for breaching a restraining order. This sentence stems from charges of harassment linked to his previous conviction in 2023 for unlawfully filming a sex tape of Georgia Harrison and distributing it online without her consent. The Crown Prosecution Service confirmed that Bear violated the restraining order by making social media posts concerning Harrison.

During the sentencing, Judge Morgan emphasised Bear’s awareness of the order’s terms and the significance of his actions. “You know what the terms of the order were. You understood the consequences and over a prolonged period you deliberately breached the court order. The sentence I impose must be immediate,” he stated firmly.

The court was informed of a notable increase in online interactions for Bear following Georgia’s appearance on a well-known podcast, where she spoke about her experience. Ms. Deri Molyneux, Bear’s representative, noted that he received numerous notifications and comments after the podcast aired in July 2025. She also highlighted Bear’s personal struggles at that time, which she suggested could be considered a mitigating factor.

Georgia Harrison submitted a victim personal statement that was read in court, detailing the significant emotional toll Bear’s actions had taken on her. Accompanied by his pregnant wife Miami, Bear arrived at Chelmsford Crown Court, where he addressed onlookers with a casual remark, “wish me luck, guys.” Despite appearing emotional earlier in the proceedings, he displayed little reaction as the sentence was pronounced and was subsequently led away to custody.
