HM Land Registry Introduces Property Identifiers for Price Paid Data Starting 28th August

From 28 August 2026, Unique Property Reference Numbers (UPRNs) and INSPIRE IDs will be incorporated into the monthly Price Paid Data dataset provided by HM Land Registry. This enhancement aims to facilitate more accurate connections between property sale prices and other location-based datasets, responding to increased customer demand for these identifiers.
