New Tender for Civil Legal Aid Services Announced
A tender has been officially launched for the upcoming Civil Legal Aid Operator Services and Defence Solicitor Contact Centre contract. This initiative is being conducted through the framework established by the Crown Commercial Service, ensuring a structured and compliant procurement process.
Transitioning to a New Contract
The decision to initiate this tender arises as the current contact centre contract with the Legal Aid Agency (LAA) approaches its conclusion. In order to guarantee a seamless transition and uninterrupted service delivery, the procurement of the new contract is underway at this time.
This tender is specifically restricted to suppliers who are already part of the relevant Crown Commercial Service framework. Consequently, it is not an open tender, and only eligible suppliers will receive invitations to submit their applications.
