Bradford Waste Dumping Scandal: Investigation Underway into Illegal Disposal Practices

On Wednesday, 1st July 2026, reports emerged regarding an illegal waste site located on Midland Road. Upon arrival, officers estimated that several thousand tonnes of mixed household and commercial waste had been unlawfully disposed of in the area.

Hocking further stated, “Waste crime has a detrimental effect on communities. Under our 10 Point Plan, we are taking swift action to eradicate such illegal activities and ensure the closure of these sites.”
