Investigation Overview
This inquiry was conducted by the UK Marine Accident Investigation Branch (MAIB) on behalf of the Isle of Man Administration. It was carried out in accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding established between the MAIB and the Red Ensign Group’s Category 1 registries, which include the Isle of Man, Cayman Islands, Bermuda, and Gibraltar.
