The Immigration Advice Authority’s Adviser Finder and Adviser Register are currently undergoing essential checks and assurance activities, resulting in their temporary unavailability.
We anticipate that both services will be restored early next week.
If you are in search of an immigration adviser, we recommend waiting until the Adviser Finder is operational again before making a selection, if feasible. Should you need to verify an adviser’s registration, please either submit an enquiry or wait until the Adviser Register is back online.
Exercise caution when considering an adviser whose registration status you have not been able to confirm.
We are collaborating with our technical partner to complete the necessary system checks and restore both tools as swiftly as possible. An update will be provided on Monday, 9 November 2026.
