The Government Property Agency (GPA) has announced the appointment of two seasoned professionals as joint Chief Operating Officers (COOs) effective today, Monday, November 2.
Erin Robinson and Helen Mills will implement a co-leadership structure within the GPA, functioning under a job-share arrangement to oversee the agency’s corporate services and operational delivery.
This collaborative leadership model has already proven successful at the former Department for Science, Innovation and Trade (DSIT), where both individuals previously served as People and Transformation Directors.
